2. Information We Automatically Collect

Like most static websites, when you visit SwiftFileKit, certain standard technical data may be automatically logged by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) to deliver web pages securely:

• Browser type, operating system version, and language settings
• Referring web page and outbound links clicked
• Approximate geographical region (country or city level, derived from IP address for regional routing)
• Aggregate page performance metrics (page load times, HTTP status codes)

This technical information cannot identify you individually and is never paired with any file you process.

3. Local Storage and Client-Side State

SwiftFileKit utilizes modern browser localStorage purely to enhance your browsing experience on your device. We use local storage for:

• Theme Preferences: Saving your dark or light mode interface toggle (e.g. swiftfilekit_theme).
• Local Session History: Showing recent file names locally on your device in the print layout wizard. This history is stored solely on your machine and can be cleared at any time with the "Clear History" button.

To maintain SwiftFileKit as a free service without charging subscription fees, we may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense.
